Refund and Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide high-quality language learning services. If you’re not satisfied, here’s our refund and cancellation policy:

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription or booking up to 24 hours before the start of your course or class to be eligible for a full refund.

Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the class or course start time.

If a class or service is cancelled by Yuyan Language, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
